Mark is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Flow Talent, a specialist recruitment agency placing professionals into banking, legal, financial services, and technology organisations in the MEA region.

He has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and is passionate about identifying the best talent for our clients while helping amazing people take the next step in their career.

Mark has established a strong reputation with industry leaders in the market as an expert when it comes to executive search, not just through exceptional quality of work but also by ensuring that all our activities with both our candidates and clients are conducted ethically, honestly, and confidentially.

Mark is married with four children, has a keen interest in sport both as a participant and supporter, travels regularly, and has been a resident of Dubai since 2008.
